Custom Paver Patio, Walkways and Full Landscape Installation in South Lyon

This was a full property overhaul - front yard, side yards, and backyard all got attention. The homeowners wanted a space that actually worked for their family. Somewhere to entertain, somewhere to relax, and a yard that looked sharp from the street too. That's exactly what we built.

The backyard paver patio is the centerpiece. We used a large-format light gray paver with a charcoal border to give the space a clean, modern feel. There's plenty of room for a dining set on one side and a full lounge setup on the other - both zones defined without any walls or dividers getting in the way. The door step detail is a good example of how we think about the little things. The two-tone paver step ties right into the patio and gives the back entry a finished, intentional look instead of an afterthought.

Out front, the paver walkway curves from the driveway to the front door with the same light gray and charcoal combination. Fresh planting beds with black mulch flank both sides of the walk, and low-voltage landscape lighting fixtures are staked in throughout - front and back. That lighting makes a big difference at night. It's subtle during the day and really pulls the whole design together after dark.

The side yard walkway connects everything. It runs along the house with planting beds on both sides, paver retaining curbs holding the beds in place, and the same consistent paver pattern carrying through from the front all the way to the backyard. Nothing looks disconnected. That's the goal with a project like this - make every part of the property feel like it belongs together.
