New Paver Patio Built for Real Backyard Living in Northville

Most backyards have potential that just never gets unlocked. A patch of grass, maybe some old concrete - nothing that actually invites you to sit down and stay a while. That's exactly the kind of situation we love stepping into.

This Northville homeowner wanted a space that worked. Something clean, durable, and big enough to actually use - whether that's a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or a full backyard gathering on the weekend. We built out a large paver patio using a multi-toned gray paver in a mixed running bond layout, and finished the whole perimeter with a clean dark edge soldier course that ties everything together.

The detail work matters here. Getting the layout right, keeping the pattern consistent across a large surface, making sure the border doesn't drift - that stuff is what separates a patio that looks good in photos from one that holds up and looks sharp five, ten, fifteen years down the road.
