Paver Patio and Walkway Added to Broadmoor Park Island in Novi

This one was a team favorite. The island area at Broadmoor Park in Novi had become an afterthought - overgrown, unkempt, and not doing much for the neighborhood. We came in, cleaned everything up, and built something the whole community could actually use.

What you're seeing here is a two-tone paver layout featuring large-format field pavers set inside a darker border. That contrast isn't just for looks - it gives the space a clean, intentional feel. The border defines the patio and walkway edges clearly, which matters a lot in a shared common area where the design needs to read well from the street.

The walkway extends out from the patio toward the road, giving residents a defined path in and out of the space. We kept the surrounding river rock to complement the hardscape rather than fight it. The result is a low-maintenance, polished setup that holds up through the seasons without a lot of ongoing effort from the HOA or residents.
