Kyle and his crew did a great job with our yard. We had a new construction home in Novi back in 2021. Miller's handled everything from the paver patio to the sod and irrigation. 5 years later, the patio and pavers still look as good as they did when the job was first completed. They were very professional and courteous through the entire process. It's good to know that there are still craftsmen out there that take pride in their work and deliver a product that will stand the test of time.

Kyle and Matt did an amazing job on our patio project. Kyle found our old patio was built improperly, lacking proper drainage. The old patio had years of rain water trapped under it causing the floor and walls to break. Kyle was able to remove the old patio, including multiple feet of super saturated soil, install a new and improved water drainage system with the new solid base, and finish with a beautiful new patio, retaining wall, and lights. Thank you for all the hard work!

My parents used Miller’s Property Service to hardscape a front porch & landscape retaining walls. Overall, the project was completed as designed and is very pleasing. The installers were courteous and took the time to listen to the customer & answer any questions.

Kyle Miller and his company were excellent on all accounts. They provided a very fair and competitive price for mulch, and then allowed me to add on tree rings (grass removal and mulching) also for a fair price. His team removed areas of grass and weeds that had grown into the mulch beds as part of the mulch pricing which was incredibly appreciated. Finally, Kyle worked with our preferred mulch installation schedule. Thanks Kyle!

Very responsive, quality work, fair pricing

Miller’s Property Service has been our snow removal company for years. They do a great job of clearing our sidewalk, walkway and driveway. They take great care of our new driveway and respond quickly.

Miller’s to the rescue!!!! So thankful to Matt as he graciously cleared my driveway and sidewalks during a recent snowstorm…without hesitation he added my home to his list. This was such a huge relief! Many of my neighbors use Millers for both snow and lawn services - Our subdivision also uses them for all common areas - They are always professional and respectful and the job is always immaculate... Matt was a lifesaver and Miller’s is a 10/10! Appreciate you guys very much!

Miller’s Property Service creates fantastic landscape and hardscape designs, has the ability to perform mulching of hard to reach landscape beds, and has a hardworking and conscientious crew all year round, including snow removal. You should see some of the beautiful projects they have completed on their website! We highly recommend.

Great crew and owner. hired these guys to plowed snow. Driveway was driven on for days after the snowfall. Snow was very compacted. They pushed all the snow in the right areas, kept it out of the way, and scraped the driveway. Great job!

Our back patio was very weathered and run down over time and needed it replaced in spring of 2023. Kyle at Millers Property Service did an unbelievable job we were nervous about price but it was worth every dollar the communication, execution, and quality of the job exceeded expeditions!

Outstanding young team of brothers and staff. Had a re-sodding job done in two mornings. Quality topsoil and sod was laid. The boss Kyle was not only the job quoter but also working at the site which made him approachable if any questions should arise. Fine young men who are graduates of Catholic Central as well as Orchard Lake St Marys.

They did an absolutely fantastic job prepping for and installing Our new sod don’t let their young looks fool you. They are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are doing. We would highly recommend them
